Mid Century Indian Carved & Lacquered Sheesham Wood Table Double Snack Bowl.

The original purpose of the bowl was to crack nuts.

Very retro 1970s in style, these would have sat on a table and would have held cookies or sweets etc.

Carved in the usual floral patterns to the outside.

Highly polished and most attractive.

There are a few minimal scratches on the inside of the bowl, but as we know, the bowl is showing its age, although it still looks very elegant on the table.
